An email campaign sent to all Evo electric bike purchases after collection to ensuring required information is delivered to customers in all locations.
With 32 in store locations + an online website, electric bike handover information to customers was inconsistently delivered to customers. The proposed solution was an email campaign containing the necessary information that send to customers at the collection or delivery of their new bike.
